Poland assembles blocking minority against ETS reform two days before the vote

Poland has assembled a blocking minority of ten EU member states against a planned reform of the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS), just two days before the vote. RMF FM obtained the letter signed by the group of countries. The ETS reform concerns CO₂ emission costs and is of particular importance to Poland, whose economy remains heavily reliant on coal.
