Xbox layoffs hit Elder Scrolls Online studio ZeniMax despite denials of shutdown
ZeniMax Online Studios, developer of The Elder Scrolls Online, has been hit by the latest wave of sweeping Xbox layoffs, a year after facing cuts already. Despite ZeniMax insisting the cuts are "not the end" for ESO, the community fears the game is being moved into maintenance mode with no substantial new content. The studio has not disclosed exactly how many jobs were lost.
