Ex-heads of Polish National Foundation charged with illegally funding PiS party

Former Polish National Foundation board member Maciej Ś. and former foundation president Cezary J. have been charged with financing the "Fair Courts" campaign and illegally funding the Law and Justice (PiS) and United Right's Solidarna Polska parties. Both men denied the charges against them.
