Polish heavyweight Knyba to fight Andy Ruiz Jr. in the US

Polish heavyweight Damian Knyba, who just turned 30, has been officially announced as the opponent for former world champion Andy Ruiz Jr. in the United States. Ruiz famously knocked out Anthony Joshua in 2019. Knyba called the fight "an enormous opportunity" to break through on the international stage. The bout comes amid an ongoing dispute between promoter Krystian Każyszka and the boxer's team.
