Former KRRiT chief Maciej Świrski charged, banned from leaving Poland

Maciej Świrski, former head of Poland's National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) and former vice-president of the Polish National Foundation (PFN), has been formally charged. He was placed under non-custodial preventive measures including a ban on leaving the country. The case concerns the "Fair Courts" campaign organised by the PFN.
