Expert Warns Almost All Women in Poland Face Minimum Pension Only
Experts warn that under Poland's current pension rules, nearly all women will receive only the minimum pension. Proposals to equalise or raise the retirement age — currently 60 for women and 65 for men — are being discussed as a response to the financial and demographic crisis looming over the Polish pension system in the coming decades. Bonus pension credits for having children are also under debate.
