Appeals court toughens sentence for attack on bishop's driver – attacker was drunk
Krzysztof K. was convicted of the attempted murder of the driver of Bishop Robert Chrząszcz. The decisive factor was that the attacker was drunk at the time of the assault, which occurred while the victim was on his way to mass.
