Salaried doctors could earn up to 40,000 PLN a month under new proposals

Deputy head of Poland's National Health Fund (NFZ) Jakub Szulc announced that under the Health Ministry's proposals, a doctor working a single full-time position could earn 38,000–40,000 PLN per month. The figure assumes a maximum rate of 240 PLN per hour. The plan would represent a major pay rise for doctors in the public health system.
