NIK audit: Warsaw Southern Hospital rooms misused, staff scheduling violations found
Poland's Supreme Audit Office (NIK) has published a report on Warsaw's Southern Hospital, identifying multiple irregularities. Rooms in the Warsaw Spine Surgery Centre were used for purposes other than intended, and medical staff working hours and services provided did not comply with the NFZ contract schedule. Gaps in documentation, including missing audit reports, were also flagged.
