BGK, PFR and PZU seek to create a fund of funds – application filed with UOKiK

Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Polski Fundusz Rozwoju, PZU and Innovate PL have filed a merger application with Poland's competition authority UOKiK to create a joint fund of funds. Such a vehicle invests capital in units or certificates of other investment funds. UOKiK must now review the application for compliance with competition law.
