Polish rental prices rise in June, but Gdańsk cheaper than a year ago

June brought rental price increases across almost all of Poland, according to Otodom Analytics data. The summer shift of properties to short-term holiday rentals along the coast drove up prices in the Tricity area. Gdańsk is an exception, however, with listed rental prices lower than both one and two years ago.
