New York orders 1-year pause on new data center permits; TeraWulf shares fall 7%

New York state has ordered a one-year pause on new data center permits, sending shares of crypto mining and data center firm TeraWulf down 7%. The company said its existing New York data centers remain operational and that ongoing development plans are unaffected by the moratorium.
