Paramount–WBD $111bn merger antitrust case to be linked to subscriber lawsuit

Paramount has agreed to consolidate a 12-state federal antitrust challenge to its $111 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery with a pre-existing lawsuit filed by Paramount+ subscribers. The combined case is expected to land before Judge Araceli Martinez-Olguin, a Biden appointee already overseeing the subscriber suit.
