Zakopane priciest in Poland — new flats average 34,900 zł per sq metre, topping Warsaw
Zakopane has topped Poland's most expensive tourist property ranking for the second year running, with new flats averaging nearly 34,900 zł per square metre — more than in Warsaw, Kraków or Gdańsk. The analysis by RynekPierwotny.pl and GetHome.pl shows that seaside resorts dominate the rest of the top ten most expensive locations. The mountain resort's prices reflect strong demand from both buyers and holiday-flat investors.
