Melbourne's City of Yarra scraps Lime e-bike trial after nearly six years

Melbourne's City of Yarra council has voted to terminate its agreement with Lime, ending a nearly six-year shared e-bike trial. Councillors cited the company's failure to meet "bare minimum standards" in preventing dumping and misuse of bikes. Lime's e-bikes will now be removed from inner-city streets.
