Poland's "Mama 4+" Benefit Reaches 1,978 PLN Monthly After 2026 Indexation
Poland's parental supplementary benefit, commonly known as "Mama 4+", amounts to 1,978.49 PLN per month following the pension indexation that took effect in March 2026. It is available to parents — mostly mothers — who raised at least four children and did not accumulate sufficient pension entitlements. The benefit can be received after as little as one day of employment, and the amount depends on the number of children raised.
