Polish TV/radio licence fee rises from 1 January 2027, non-registration fines also increase

Poland's National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) has confirmed that the TV and radio licence fee will increase from 1 January 2027, with payment due by the 25th of each month. The fine for failing to register a receiver — which must be done within 14 days of purchase — will also rise. Specific new rates have not yet been published.
