IMGW issues level-2 storm warnings for southern and central Poland

Poland's Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) has issued urgent weather warnings for the southern, central and south-eastern parts of the country. Forecasters warn of violent thunderstorms and heavy rainfall. Level 2 – one of the highest alerts on the three-tier IMGW scale – is in force across many regions.
