Rents rise ahead of summer but Gdańsk still cheaper than a year ago
June brought rental price increases across almost all of Poland, according to Otodom Analytics data. The seasonal shift of properties to short-term holiday lets in the Tricity area immediately pushed up asking prices. Despite this, rental listings in Gdańsk remain lower than both one and two years ago.
