German Man Charged with Raping 22 Unconscious Women in Berlin

Berlin prosecutors have charged a 68-year-old German man with 22 counts of rape against 14 unconscious women, whom he allegedly filmed during the assaults. Investigators believe the total number of victims could reach 58. The case was reported by the dpa news agency.
