Public health groups sue FDA over approval of flavoured e-cigarettes

Public health organisations have filed a lawsuit against the Food and Drug Administration over its policy on flavoured e-cigarettes. Executives dissatisfied with the FDA donated to and lobbied President Trump directly, and major companies have already begun preparing and shipping new flavoured products ahead of any court ruling. Critics argue the FDA's stance exposes young people to greater risk of nicotine addiction.
