Mustang Mach-E owner demands share of Ford's $1.3 billion tariff refund

A Mustang Mach-E owner has filed a claim arguing that Ford owes him a portion of the $1.3 billion tariff duty refund the US federal government agreed to return to the automaker. The customer contends that since Ford was reimbursed for tariff costs it had passed on to buyers, he is owed money back on his purchase price. Ford has not publicly commented on the demand.
