Bipartisan US senators introduce Russia sanctions and tariff bill

A bipartisan group of US senators has introduced a bill imposing sanctions and tariffs on Russia, championed by Senator Lindsey Graham. The text was finalised before Graham met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv last week. The legislation is designed to increase economic pressure on Moscow.
