Cezary J. charged, passport seized and banned from leaving Poland

Cezary J. has been formally charged and questioned as a suspect by prosecutors. The prosecutor ordered his passport seized and imposed a ban on leaving Poland. Proceedings against the second detainee, former head of the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) Maciej Świrski, were still ongoing at the time of publication.
