Man in Łódź beaten by attacker who mistook him for a Ukrainian – victim hospitalised

On Saturday in Łódź, a man was severely beaten by an attacker who mistook him for a Ukrainian. After the assault, the attacker told the victim that his "place is not in Poland." The victim turned out to be Polish and was hospitalised with serious injuries. Police have appealed to witnesses to come forward.
