Russia refines oil in India to dodge sanctions after Ukraine's refinery strikes

Ukraine's military intelligence agency (HUR) has revealed that Russia, facing fuel shortages caused by Ukrainian strikes on its refineries, has launched a sanctions-evasion scheme. Russian crude is being processed in India, and the finished fuel is then transferred between ships at sea to conceal its origin. The scheme allows the Kremlin to keep fuel supplies flowing despite Western sanctions.
