Bulgaria refuses to join coalition of willing to aid Ukraine

Bulgaria has officially refused to join the coalition of willing nations providing direct military support to Ukraine, stating there is "no place for us" in such a grouping. Sofia's decision excludes Bulgaria from the group of countries offering direct assistance to Kyiv.
