"Conjuring" prequel casts Garrett Wareing & Amanda Fix as young Warrens for 2027

Warner Bros. and New Line have announced "The Conjuring: First Communion," a prequel to the hit horror franchise. Garrett Wareing and Amanda Fix will play young versions of paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, stepping into roles previously held by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga. The film is set for a 2027 theatrical release.
