Bulgaria pulls out of the coalition of the willing, PM Radew announces

Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radew announced that Bulgaria will not join the coalition of the willing. Bulgarian representatives had previously attended alliance meetings but were absent from Monday's summit in Paris. The decision makes Bulgaria one of the few EU and NATO members to formally withdraw from the defence initiative.
