Spotify tests AI chatbot for music discovery, playlists and listening history

Spotify is testing a new AI feature that lets users interact with the app via voice or text. The chatbot can answer questions about listening history, recommend music, podcasts and audiobooks, and assist with creating playlists. The feature is currently in a testing phase.
