Trump drops Hormuz strait fees in favour of trade and investment deals

Donald Trump announced on Monday the restoration of a naval blockade of Iranian ports and a 20% levy on ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. He then reversed course, saying the fee would be replaced by trade and investment agreements. Trump assured that the resulting investments would be "enormous."
