Browser project displays opening lines of famous literary works

A developer has built a browser page that displays opening lines of famous literary works as a daily background. The project grew from years of collecting memorable first sentences and now features close to 60 entries. The minimalist design — plain background with text — is intended to let the words speak for themselves.
