Poland 2050 backs higher bank CIT tax to raise several billion zloty
Poland's Minister of Funds and Regional Development said she has committed to presenting a one-page proposal to Finance Minister Andrzej Domański within a few days on further raising corporate income tax (CIT) for banks. She believes the measure could generate several additional billion zloty for the state budget. The government is searching for new revenue sources amid growing budgetary pressures.
