Storms flood Wrocław streets, trams rerouted after heavy downpours

Heavy storms hit Wrocław, flooding streets and disrupting public transport — several tram lines were rerouted and replacement buses introduced. The same weather system had already caused damage in the southern part of the Lower Silesia region before reaching the city.
