Mike D's new solo album features music made with a 1980s Beastie Boys sampler

Beastie Boys member Mike D is releasing a solo album that includes music created using the group's original 1980s sampler. Producer Tyran Donaldson revealed that during recording sessions the vintage machine would randomly play back drum breaks featured on classic Beastie Boys tracks.
