Maciej Świrski arrested — Polish National Foundation spent 8.4M PLN on "Fair Courts" campaign

Two people linked to the Polish National Foundation (PFN), including Maciej Świrski, were arrested on Tuesday. The case concerns the "Fair Courts" campaign, with damages estimated at at least 8.4 million PLN. Łukasz Michnik, spokesperson for Nowa Lewica, called PFN a scam from the very beginning.
