ICE Agent Fatally Shoots 26-Year-Old in Maine, Sparking Vigils and Scrutiny

ICE agents shot and killed a 26-year-old Colombian man in Maine early Monday morning. DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin initially claimed the man was the target of an investigation and had tried to weaponise his vehicle, but the department later confirmed he was not the intended target and described his car as "attempting to flee."
