Travel Agent Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison for Defrauding Holiday Customers

The Court of Appeal in Białystok upheld on Tuesday a four-year prison sentence for a travel agent convicted of defrauding customers who paid for foreign holidays they never received. The ruling is final. The man was found guilty of multiple counts of fraud linked to the sale of package holidays abroad.
