Kraków without a mayor or election date as court ruling remains non-final
The court ruling dismissing a protest against Kraków's referendum remains non-final, leaving the city in political limbo. The protest's author has received the written justification and has one week to appeal; if no appeal is filed, the Prime Minister will set a date for early elections. In the meantime, Kraków is being governed by a government-appointed commissioner with no elected mayor in place.
