OpenAI mandates hardware-backed passkeys for Trusted Access Cyber members logging into ChatGPT

OpenAI is requiring hardware-backed passkeys for members of its Trusted Access Cyber programme when logging into ChatGPT accounts. The solution relies on physical security keys, such as those produced by Yubico. The measure is aimed at significantly strengthening account security for high-risk users.
