Attorney General Żurek seeks immunity waiver for three MPs: Bartoszewski, Chrzan and Ueberhan

Attorney General Waldemar Żurek has submitted requests to Sejm Speaker Włodzimierz Czarzasty to lift the parliamentary immunity of three MPs — Bartoszewski, Chrzan and Ueberhan — representing different parties. Each case stems from separate criminal investigations. The National Prosecution Service announced the move on Tuesday.
