Mass food poisoning at 5-star hotel in Kuşadası — 54 guests hospitalised

A suspected mass food poisoning struck a five-star hotel in the Turkish resort of Kuşadası, sending 54 guests to hospital — including seven foreign nationals — with symptoms of vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea and fever. Turkish authorities collected food and water samples for laboratory testing.
