Artists Tell Polish Parliament: "We Can't Afford to Make Art"

Artists speaking at a public hearing in the Polish parliament called for art to be recognised as work and for stable social protections for creators. The debate centred on a draft law on social security for artists. Culture Minister Marta Cienkowska assured participants that all submitted comments would be analysed.
