Second US Ebola patient flown to Berlin for treatment as Trump bars DRC flights to US

A second US national infected with Ebola in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has arrived in Berlin for treatment, weeks after another American was treated there. The Trump administration simultaneously announced a ban on US citizens in the DRC travelling to the United States on commercial flights. Germany has become the treatment hub for Western nationals infected with Ebola in the DRC.
