Polish Government Approves Short-Term Rental Regulation Bill

After weeks of delays, the Polish government approved a draft amendment to the hotel services act that will regulate short-term rentals of apartments and houses to tourists. The bill will go to the Sejm after the summer recess. The legislation aims to bring order to Poland's short-term rental market.
