Health inspectors fine 31 seaside venues in Zachodniopomorskie, flag ice cream machines

Poland's State Sanitary Inspectorate (Sanepid) checked over 300 food outlets in the Zachodniopomorskie region and issued 31 fines. Inspectors flagged 10 samples from soft-serve ice cream machines, with the most common violations involving hygiene and improper food storage. The inspections were carried out during the summer tourist season when seaside venues are most crowded.
