Estonia fits school windows with protective film in case of air attack

The city of Tartu in Estonia has begun fitting school windows with protective film during the summer break. The aim is to shield students and staff from glass shards in the event of an air attack, according to radio ERR. The move is part of wider civil defence preparations across the Baltic states.
