New cars in Poland must carry first-aid kit from April 2027, e-scooters to get speed limiters

Poland's Ministry of Infrastructure has proposed requiring all newly registered passenger cars to carry a first-aid kit, applying to vehicles first registered after 31 March 2027. The draft regulation also introduces speed limiters for electric scooters. The changes form part of a broader update to road traffic rules affecting both drivers and micromobility users.
