Orlen Files Complaint Against Former CEO Obajtek Over Intrusion at IKS Solino

Orlen has filed a criminal complaint against former CEO Daniel Obajtek after he forced his way into the IKS Solino facility in Inowrocław. Obajtek attempted to reach striking miners inside the plant and a scuffle broke out with current IKS Solino president Wojciech Kotlarek. Police were called to the scene. Orlen is pursuing legal action over the unauthorised intrusion.
