Storms flood street in Jelenia Góra as IMGW issues alerts for 11 voivodeships

Thunderstorms and heavy rainfall have been sweeping across Poland since early morning. The IMGW has issued first-degree hydrological alerts for 11 voivodeships. In Jelenia Góra, one street was completely flooded, with video footage of the scene spreading online.
